As soon as you open your eyes, instead of
blocking your mind with all your worries, start your day with a cheerful statement.
This is usually user controllable. So I will try to make a little effort to
appreciate what's around or to talk with myself in the mirror and have a
wonderful day. So try it.

The best
memories will be the source of the joy of the future. So do not let bad
memories make you live well. There is always something humorous about all the
bad things. In some ways, it provides a perspective that rarely changes reality
but is worth remembering. Let the ridiculous element define such a moment so
that you can draw a little happiness instead of focusing on the disadvantage.

- Focus on the present
The present does not mean today. It means the exact moment you are
reading this. You tend to focus too much on the past and miss out on your
present life. I can not change what has happened, so why can I ruin the present
with meditation? When things are hard for me, I always tell myself: one step at
a time. That's all you need to focus on. Therefore, accept and implement all
positive learning and re-engage in such situations.
